At Beauty Care, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your service or purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the service or product must be unused, in its original condition, and provided as per the original booking or purchase details.

Non-Returnable Services and Items

Certain services and items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Completed beauty services (facial, makeup, hair styling, etc.)

  • Personal care and hygiene-related items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted services/products

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in special cases such as:

  • Service not delivered as promised

  • Customer dissatisfaction with valid reason

  • Incorrect service provided from our side

  • Cancellation within allowed time period

Refund Process

Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you about the approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your bank or payment provider, as processing time may vary. If still not received, contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace or redo services if there is a genuine issue or mistake from our side. For assistance, contact us via email.
